1. Scope of Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to, administrative support, scheduling, email management, data entry, and other agreed-upon tasks. The specific scope of work will be outlined in the agreement between the Client ("you") and the Company.

2. Payment Terms

a. Hourly Packages

  • Hours are sold in packages as specified in your Service Agreement or invoice.

  • All purchased hours must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Unused hours within a package will not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • Ad-hoc services are available on request, minimum of 3 hours work required at £30 per hour to be paid upfront

b. Additional Hours

  • If you require additional hours beyond your package, they will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate.

c. Payment Schedule

  • Payments are due in advance of service commencement for first time clients. Retainer client payments are due on the 1st of each month.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee.

3. Hours of Operation

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Additional work can be completed outside of these hours if agreed upon but may be subject to additional fees and prior approval.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver effective Services, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary information, materials, and access promptly.

  • Communicate clearly and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Avoid requesting tasks that are illegal, unethical, or outside the agreed-upon scope.

5. Non-Usage of Hours

Hours purchased as part of your package are reserved exclusively for you. As such:

  • Payment is required for all hours purchased, regardless of whether they are used.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused hours unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. Both parties agree to:

  • Keep all shared information confidential.

  • Use the information only for purposes related to the Services.

  • Protect confidential information from unauthorized disclosure.

7. Termination

a. By the Client

You may terminate your agreement by providing 14 days' written notice. Payments for unused hours will not be refunded.

b. By the Company

We may terminate the agreement if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
