FAQs

1. What exactly does a Virtual Assistant do?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) provides remote support for tasks like admin, customer service, diary management, research, and more. I help take things off your plate so you can focus on what you do best.

2. How do we communicate and work together?
I’m flexible! Most clients prefer email, or WhatsApp. We can also set up regular check-ins or calls depending on what works best for you.

3. What tasks can I hand over to you?
Anything you don’t have time for! Common tasks include inbox management, scheduling, customer enquiries, data entry, social media support, bookings, and personal admin.

4. How do I get started?
It’s easy—just send me a message! I’ll arrange a quick call or chat to understand your needs and how I can help. Once we agree on hours and tasks, we’re good to go.

5. Do I need to commit to a contract?
I offer flexible monthly retainers (e.g. up to 10 hours/month) or one-off support depending on your needs. We’ll agree terms before starting, so everything is clear.

6. What if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours don’t roll over to the next month, so I encourage clients to send tasks regularly to make the most of their package.

7. Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. I treat your information and business with complete confidentiality and professionalism. A confidentiality agreement can also be signed if required.

8. Can you support me personally as well as professionally?
Yes! I can help with home admin, travel bookings, reminders, online shopping, and more. Think of me as your behind-the-scenes helper in business and life.

9. What are your working hours?
I generally work Monday to Friday during UK daytime hours, but I’m happy to be flexible where possible—just ask!

10. How do payments work?
For retainer clients, payment is due on the 1st of each month via bank transfer. One-off tasks and first time clients are quoted and invoiced upfront.
